Darren Henry Challenged On Immigration

Broxtowe Lib Dem councillor and deputy chair David Watts has written to Darren Henry MP expressing our deep unhappiness about the governments new immigration bill and challenging him to a public debate on the issue. Mr Henry voted in favour of a second reading for the bill, which we believe is unbelievably cruel, a breach of international law and not what the people of Broxtowe support at all.

We are currently waiting to hear if Mr Henry will accept.
